The Doric’s front desk is your first stop for building services. Professionally staffed 24/7, our concierges will receive deliveries, hold your dry cleaning for after-hours pick up, call a cab, announce guests and food deliveries, sign in guest parking, and help file work orders for the maintenance staff. Our package room will receive deliveries from USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and coordinate outgoing packages.

The Doric Pool & Sundeck is the perfect stay-cation in the summer heat — an amazing place to relax with your family or make new friends. Grab a poolside snack from the service window of the Hudson Grill deli. Evening activities that include concerts and movies on the Sundeck add to the fun. The best part? Unbeatable Manhattan skyline views. Currently under renovation, the Doric Pool & Sundeck will reopen in 2017.

One of the most sought after pieces of real estate in the area is a parking space. Residents here need not worry — we have over 350! Our gated garage offers residents a great home for their vehicles, with spaces for motorcycles, bicycles, and over-sized vehicles. Having friends or family over? Inexpensive guest parking is also available. City living with the conveniences of the suburbs.

Our in-house deli and pizzeria is a staple at the Doric. Great for breakfast and coffee, a quick lunch, or when you don’t feel like cooking dinner. Hudson Grill also offers select grocery staples. This is a building hot spot where local sports are on the TVs and everyone knows your name. Don’t forget to say hi to Nick the owner!

The Doric Community Room is a great addition to the amenities list. A brand new space with multiple HDTVs, surround sound, free WiFi, sofas, a bar, and pool table, it a great space to host a private party or attend a building event. The community room also hosts our monthly board meetings, so everyone gets a seat.

Most Doric residents are active, and it’s not uncommon to see them jogging out the front door, taking their bikes for a spin, or on their way to a local yoga class. But for times when they just don’t want to leave, you can find them in our building fitness center, which features HDTVs, free WiFi, and brand new equipment.

The Doric’s 24/7 self-service laundry room has 24 washers in four different sizes and 18 commercial-sized dryers. So even your king-sized comforter can be comfortably washed. Carts for moving laundry from washer to dryer and folding tables are also provided, as well as a large screen HDTV for entertainment. This secure facility is exclusively for Doric residents.

The Doric Valet dry cleaning service is open Monday - Friday in the mornings and evenings, and Saturdays during the day. Same day pick up can be arranged for those last minute emergencies. Doric Valet also offers repairs and alterations for clothing and leather goods, shoe cleaning and repairs, and same day wash and fold services.

When the Doric Courtyard reopens in 2017, it will treat your eyes with lush multi-season plantings. Multiple nooks will allow small groups to gather, all surrounding a larger communal area. It will be a sheltered and yet open space, sharing the same fabulous skyline views as our pool. Walk through to your car, or linger a while.

No matter where you’re going, you can get there from here. Residents of the Doric are at the center of a mini-hub of mass transit options. A New Jersey Transit 24/7 express bus to midtown stops in front of the building, as does a morning express shuttle that takes you to Hoboken Terminal. Local buses to Hoboken, Union City, Jersey City, New York, even the Secaucus Outlets, all stop within a block of our front door. The Hudson Bergen Light Rail, with connections to PATH and NY Waterways ferries to midtown and WTC, as well as Hoboken, Union City, and Jersey City shopping, also stops less than a block away.
